Itm.com.cn is a newly launched trade portal site, which provides both buyers and suppliers with best
opportunities of international trading. It also acts as a best exhibition center for the worldwide suppliers.
Itm.com.cn is designed for world-traders to publish their offers, products and companies over
the world and collect the best trading opportunities.
Itm.com.cn will always do its best to accommodate every request of member's and to provide important
trading information to it's members through upgrading the system and developing e-technology.
ii. Why Itm.com.cn?
As explained, Itm.com.cn is a suitable trade portal site for all traders around world.
It acts as an faithfull secretary not only to sellers but also to buyers such as distributors, importers and
re-exporters throughout the world. To buyers, Itm.com.cn provides full product categories
where they easily find their interested products ASAP. Also, as a window of displaying your products,
sellers can maximize their selling opportunities by placing their invitation to worldwide buyers.
Especially, our members would enjoy much upgraded function of members menu.

i. How do I register my company with Itm.com.cn?
To register your company information and gain access to all of Itm.com.cn's services, please fill out the
registration form located in the SignUp section or go to: Join Us
ii. I want to update my company information.
You can update your company information any time by clicking "Update Company Info" in the Member Menu section.
iii. I want to change my email address.
You can change your email address any time by
clicking on "Update User Info" in the Member Menu section.
iv. I forgot my password.
There is a link to a password reminder form everywhere you are requested to enter your password.
Enter your email address in this form and your password will be sent to you via email immediately.
v. I want to change my password.
You can change your password any time by clicking on "Change Password" in the Member Menu section.
vi. How do I sign up to receive trade leads by email?
This service is still under development.
Posting Procedures
i. How do I post my requirement through Itm.com.cn?
Click on the appropriate posting link at Itm.com.cn's home page and select the most appropriate category
from the drop-down menus on the following pages.
Fill out the posting form and your request will be submitted for review by our staff.
ii. I posted my requirement, but it didn't show up on the site. Why?
All postings must fit the following criteria for approval:
- They must be posted to the correct category.
- They must be of a business-to-business nature and should include specific details on items.
- They must not be of an offensive nature (see our Terms and Conditions page).
- They must include adequate contact information.
iii. In this site, should I use english only?
Yes. Itm.com.cn is looking for reliable and capable worldwide partners.
These partner sites will be operated in your own language. However, for the time being, you are cordially
requested to use English for posting offers, adding catalog and your company.
We also provided entries that is match with your country language.
iv. I received an error message when attempting to post my requirement.
Verify that all mandatory fields have been filled and that you are using the email address/password
combination that your organization is registered under. Passwords are case-sensitive.
v. Is there a minimum amount of time that I must wait before reposting the same request?
The minimum time allowable between posts for the same items and terms is two weeks.
vi. I cannot find a suitable category for my products. What can I do?
You may submit requests for new categories to Itm.com.cn by clicking "Suggest Category" in the Member Menu
section.
Error Messages
i. My request could not be completed
because my password was not the same as the one in Itm.com.cn's
records.
Passwords are case sensitive and must be used with
the email address your company is registered under. If you have
forgotten your password, there is a link to a password reminder
form everywhere you are requested to enter your password. Enter
your email address in this form and your password will be sent to
you immediately.
ii. My request could not be completed because
my email address is not listed in Itm.com.cn's
records.
