Oil-Soluble Rosemary Extract RM-A61
Application: Used as strong antioxidant in oily products, such as plant oil, animal fat, grease, meat, seafood, sauce, seasonings, pet food, baked foods, fried products, natural color, cosmetic, essence, etc.
Product Characteristic
1. Natural and green, no side effect.
2. Strong antioxidant ability, stronger than VE,, PG, TPP, BHA, BHT, tea polyphenols, etc.
3. Convenient to be used, well soluble and dispersible in oily foods
4. No chlorophyll, no solvent residue.
5. Stable and hot-resistant
Appearance: Fine light yellow powder.
Effective components : Carnosic acid¡Ý25%.
Cautions:
1. Mix equally or heat up to 40-60 degree before adding to products, or add directly into products. Use in products under PH value 8.5.
2. Avoid contact with iron, copper or other metals.
3. Use with organic acid can increase its antioxidant ability.
Storage: Stored at room temperature, sealed and protected from light and humidity.
Shelf life: 1 year from the production date according to above conditions.
