The list of common types of PGs that we are interested in:
- various types of gas (natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, marsh methane) power generators with rated electrical power from 0.8 kVA to 15 kVA,
- diesel power generators with rated electrical power from 0.8 kVA to 15 kVA,
- normal gasoline power generators with rated electrical power from 0.8 kVA to 15 kVA.
The list of common requirements:
1. To value the correlation of price/quality we have chosen two levels:
- first one: high quality level PG which is equipped by component parts made in Japan or PG made by Chinese join ventures and composed of Chinese component parts but completely compatible with Japanese ones;
- second one: low quality level PGs completely made by Chinese manufactures.
2. Please, prepare for us a commercial offer that should contain the next information:
- price list for each type and rated electrical power model for both above quality levels;
- price list for spare parts, which would be required for providing the technical maintenance in Russia (please ask the suppliers to provide us the information about percentage quantity of spare parts for their PGs to the total quantity of devices, based on the real factory抯 experience). We need to get such information for both quality levels;
- brief (but clear) technical description (it should contain also a real parameters) for the whole list of products for both quality levels separately;
- maximum total amount for each models and spare parts that factory can provide us, for example, per month;
- the percentage amount of rejected devices through the factory抯 fault that can be replaced by new ones without any additional payment (also for both quality levels);
- whether there is the possibility (conditions) to check one or two samples of PG under the rated load at the factory during the acceptance of the goods, and after checking these samples should be prepared (conserved) to the delivery again;
- whether the factory provides such kind of packing, which protects goods from any damage during transportation.
